Before each use, trim the wick of your scented candle to 5 mm using a suitable wick trimmer. Use a candle snuffer to prevent black smoke and preserve the quality of the wax. For the first burn, allow the candle to burn until the entire surface has melted (approximately 4 hours). This prevents a crater from forming around the wick. If an edge does not melt completely, gently push the soft wax back into the liquid wax before extinguishing the candle.

Each of our HAROLD & MAUDE candles is made from 100% natural waxes. No mineral wax, therefore no paraffin. The fragrances we use are all guaranteed free of CMR substances and phthalates.
