Yes. In-store, Marie-Sophie will listen attentively to understand your tastes and how you wear fragrance. For remote consultations, simply write to us: we will guide you with the same care towards fragrances that might suit you. To go even further, a complete olfactory analysis is also available (€65), with a 10% discount on your same-day purchases.

Yes. Each order contains samples chosen according to your preferences. In store, you can also take home scented samples selected just for you.

Yes, and they are free. Each package is carefully prepared, with a ribbon, a card, and the attention to detail that is so characteristic of Maison Diaphane.

Orders are shipped from Angers within 48–72 hours, via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

Yes, Click & Collect is free at 11 rue des Lices. Your order will be ready in 2 to 4 business hours.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, tested or opened perfumes cannot be returned.
