Patchouli Soap is the deepest, most earthy expression of Santa Maria Novella soaps — the officina founded in Florence in 1221. Where Gelsomino is sunny and floral, and Melograno oriental and fruity, Patchouli plunges into another dimension: undergrowth, resins, dark spices, the warmth of the earth after rain. It is a soap for those who love intense, deep, and memorable signatures — fragrances that are not easily forgotten.
The base of whole milk and vegetable oils gives the soap a particular richness and creaminess — the lather is creamy, generous, and nourishing, enveloping and protecting dry skin with remarkable effectiveness. The patchouli expresses itself with characteristic intensity and complexity — earthy, slightly fermented, deeply woody. Sandalwood brings a creamy, slightly milky warmth.
