Rose & Leather, the tension of a naked rose facing the storm.
It all begins with a modern rose, stripped to its bare essentials: a crystalline, almost mineral floral facet, carried by Bourbon geranium and a fruity touch of blackcurrant. The light is direct and vertical, sustained by Timut pepper, with its sharp and incisive accents. But already, shadows are creeping in. Vetiver and cedar create a dry, woody line before giving way to a dense, earthy leather, imbued with a persistent bitterness. This leather owes its depth to Isobutyl Quinoline, a forgotten raw material, which here awakens a restrained and virile sensuality, reminiscent of another era. The composition, taut as a thread, remains balanced between floral brilliance and darkness.
