The Rich Nourishing Cream is the intensive care product in the Susanne Kaufmann range — designed for very dry, damaged skin lacking comfort. The philosophy of the Austrian alpine house is reflected in the botanical richness of the formula: where other rich creams rely on one or two key active ingredients, Susanne Kaufmann creates a true alpine pharmacopoeia — wild pansy, echinacea, balloon vine (cardiospermum) — to soothe, repair and durably restore the balance of the most demanding skin types.
Echium seed oil, rich in omega-3 and 6, calms sensitivities and strengthens the skin. Sunflower oil and olive oil nourish and protect the skin barrier. Jojoba oil and plant-derived squalane improve elasticity and provide lasting nourishment. Hyaluronic acid deeply hydrates and plumps the skin. Bisabolol and balloon vine immediately soothe irritation. Wild pansy and echinacea reduce redness and support the skin's natural defenses. Zinc aids skin repair.
