The Lost Alhambra Soap is the most fiery signature of the range — the same amber and oriental universe as the Dry Oil and Scrub, in the inaugural gesture of the shower. Handcrafted in the south of France in small artisanal batches, using the ancestral cold saponification method, it offers the same creamy, superfatted foam as Le Sud La Nuit — but with a radically different olfactory footprint: warm, deep, enveloping. The Lost Alhambra signature was created by Marie Duchêne, a French perfumer trained at ISIPCA in Versailles and Grasse, founder of MD Fragrances studio. She drew inspiration from the captivating and sensual spirit of Granada — the mystique of the Alhambra, the dry heat of Andalusia, the roses of the Moorish gardens.
The formula is identical in its active ingredients to all Re.feel soaps — coconut for effective and gentle cleansing, shea and cocoa for nourishment, rapeseed and sunflower for suppleness, natural glycerin fully preserved. The foam is creamy, fine, and enveloping — it cleanses without ever drying. The rose opens with a deep, slightly powdery floral sweetness. Guaiac wood brings a dry, slightly smoky, very distinctive woody dimension. Sandalwood establishes a creamy and slightly resinous depth. And amber concludes in an enveloping, balsamic, and persistent warmth — an elegant and addictive oriental trail that lingers on the skin long after rinsing, and perfectly prepares for the application of the Lost Alhambra Scrub or Dry Oil.

What is guaiac wood?
Guaiac wood (Bulnesia sarmientoi) is a perfumery raw material with woody, dry, and slightly smoky accents, with a very subtle floral touch. It adds depth and complexity to oriental woody accords without the heaviness of sandalwood or cedar. In Lost Alhambra, it links rose and amber in a dry and very elegant woody dimension.

Marie Duchêne is the perfumer who created all Re.feel signatures. Trained at ISIPCA in Versailles and then in Grasse — the two major institutions of French perfumery — she founded her own creative studio, MD Fragrances.
