C1 "3 Peppers" - UNIKA
A dry flash cuts through the air, like a storm's glare on skin. The pepper rises, faceted with light, pungent and fleshy, first bright as a spark, then biting like an unripe fruit. Three aromas intertwine—pink peppercorns, black pepper, Sichuan pepper—weaving a halo of spices, fruity, sharp, almost solar. The Sichuan peppercorn, a citrus fruit disguised as a spice, pops with a lemony, mineral, almost metallic vibration.
At its heart, the woods settle in, deep and upright. Virginia cedar and patchouli darken the fire to better anchor it. The ground trembles beneath your feet. Then comes the earth: oakmoss, white musks, a velvety base that prolongs the warmth and absorbs the last embers. A tension remains, elegant and refined, between the bitterness of the zest and the incandescent glow of the woods.
