Corpus Equus opens boldly with a dark, dense, almost carnal rose, which quickly gives way to a woody gallop. Incense, smoky woods, patchouli, cedar, and musk weave an opaque cloak, brimming with energy and vitality. But it is leather that reigns supreme: nervous, raw, tactile.
