The Ampholia refill, warm honey and waxed wood, crafted in Grasse.
Crafted in Grasse for Ampholia balls, this concentrated perfume extract distills honey and waxed wood into a few precious drops. Poured into the terracotta, it slowly seeps in, like an essence seeking refuge in the porous material before settling there.
A few drops are enough to revive the ball, like awakening a dormant ember. Rolled between the hands then placed upside down, the terracotta silently absorbs the fragrance, before gradually releasing it, day after day, in a warm, Mediterranean breath.
The Ampholia refill itself doesn't perfume anything — it awakens, drop by drop, the dormant memory of the earth.
